Fully Automated Multi-Station Batching System

ProBatch Software (Batch Process Control and Data Acquisition Software), a Graphical User Interface (GUI), is the central member of a three-part software system. ProBatch, along with the Administration System and the Batch Controller Scale/Feeder Controller work together to manage an automated batching/blending production line.

The intuitive ProBatch interface allows the user to set up and run a product recipe in as little as four steps. The design of the interface incorporates touch screen technology making use as simple as touching large 3D on-screen buttons. Users are guided step by step through simple forms, in most cases, the user simply accepts the defaults setup during the order entry process. Extensive on-line help is available from anywhere within the program.
